Public Housing Manager

The Public Housing Manager (PHM) designation, from the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO) was awarded to Owen Ahearn on September 2, 1994.

The Public Housing Manager category began in the late 1970's in response to HUD originated and mandated management requirements.  NAHRO established in 1933, is the professional membership organization representing housing and community development agencies, policymakers and practitioners throughout the United States.  The overall NAHRO mission is to create affordable housing and safe communities that enhance the quality of life for all citizens.

OSHA 30 General Industry Certification

Owen Ahearn has earned the 30 Hour General Industry OSHA card after successfully passing each of the 24 training modules, required by the Occupational Health and Safety Administration.  These modules are either one, two or three hours in length, with content specific quizzes at the end of each module concentration.
