We specialize in the management of single and multi-family residential properties. We customize unique services for every property we handle.  We provide rental services from month to month leases to one year agreements.  We provide twenty-four (24) Hour maintenance, utilizing either your vendors, our staff, or a combination of the two.  We are experts in rent collections.  We perform property inspections based on the management agreement.  We can provide additional services including but not limited to: mail forwarding, online reporting, summary process actions and more.

Our services start at $50.00, per unit, per month.

Condominium Management

We manage residential condominium associations in the Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut area. 

We manage associations as small as three units.  We deliver professional customized management solutions for your condominium association, including capital planning and reserve reviews.  We provide detailed accounting and provide many associations with on-line reporting.

Our management services begin at $20 per unit, per month.
